Chance me for Pomona College-International student

Hi! I am an international students applying to Pomona College ed 2!
I come from a low income family(14k USD/year).
I got a score of 1490 on my SAT, with 710 EBRW and 780 math, and my GPA is 9.7/10. TOEFL score is 108. My school is public and does not offer AP classes and does not do class rank. I am also a 1st gen. I am also, apparently, the only one from my country applying ed II for Pomona.

My extracurriculars are:

-member of a volunteering club for 4 years

-spent a summer as a translator in a global volunteering project, with students from around the globe

-helped with the organisation of my high school’s anniversary festivity

  • model NATO delegate

-community service

Awards:

-First prizes in English Olympiad(county heat, 2 years in a row)

-Participation in national English Olympiad; represented my county

-public speaking, county heat: honorable mention

-regional English essay competition: honorable mention

Got strong recommendations from counselor and 2 teachers.
What are my chances for Pomona? Should I be reconsidering my choice for ed 2 and apply to a lower ranked and less prestigious college?
If you could chance me, please, I would really appreciate the effort.

Pomona is need aware and does consider your ability to pay, for your education, when considering your application. With Covid, the universities have lost significant funding. Your need for financial aid will probably impact your admission.

With the pandemic, monies for international students may be less. Your chances are very low.
I would be open to considering any options.
