<p>Honestly, I think you have a strong shot, especially due to your commitment to community service. But what you don’t tell us anywhere in that list of facts is: what are you passionate about? What did you love about football? Are all those community service positions just to fill out the resume, or did they really mean something? Did the Red Cross make you want to become a doctor, or join the Peace Corps, or volunteer abroad? That passion - the drive that shows that you are more than just a list of numbers, that there’s a real person behind that computer screen - is what will get you admitted. </p>
