Hey everyone, I’ve been lurking these threads for a while and I’m pretty much obsessed with Reed. I’m planning on applying ED in about three weeks and soo if any of you guys could help chance me that’d be great!

Recs:
I think my teacher ones will be relatively strong, though I don’t have a very close relationship with my GC
Essays:
Common App is v. strong, emphasizes independence and creativity, also shows some of my difficulty with anxiety/depression
Paideia is about baking bread & self love, hopefully strong as well
I’m not sure about an intended major but likely something in the humanities.
I also interviewed earlier this fall which was alright, though I was a bit too nervous to really convey my personality. I go to a very competitive and stressful public school which is reflected in my grades (generally B’s with strong upward trend junior year to A-s, nearly all honors classes). I know they tend to view apps holistically, but I’m still concerned about my low-ish GPA and the face that I’ll need considerable financial aid. Anyway, any advice is greatly appreciated!
