Rice is probably a reach. You have strong extracurriculars but your grades and test scores are below Rice’s average. It will probably come down to what major you are applying for, how holistically Rice views you and luck. You have a shot but like everyone’s it’s slim saying the acceptance rate at Rice is at 14% for RD.
