<p>I took all the honors/APs available to me (one of the most rigorous course loads in my class). For APs, I took U.S. History, English Lit, Spanish Lit, Spanish Lang, Biology, Chemistry, Statistics, BC Calculus. I also took the exams for English Lang and World History even though my school did not offer the courses. I got a 5 on all the exams I have taken so far.
Extra-Curriculars:
Speech and debate: 9-12. Varsity member, regionally and nationally competitive, president/captain my senior year. One of the top 100 debaters in the country, late elimination rounds of numerous national circuit tournaments, top 8 at the state tournament, 1st place at numerous regional tournaments. Spent every summer attending debate camps.

Essays: wrote my common app essay about debate, still working on supplements. Do y'all think I could get in regular decision?
My main fear is the disconnect between my high school ECs and my prospective major. I didn't really do much engineering/computer science stuff in high school. Do you think that will affect me really negatively?</p>
