Decent letter of recs (probably nothing extremely special)
As far as essays go, my common app one is pretty great in my opinion. My "Why Ross" essay is unfortunately, not as spectacular. Still well-written, but not stellar. I thought my optional essay was pretty interesting and unique (:

All in all, I think my transcript/scores are decent (at least my SAT, I know my ACT is not so hot. I should have taken that again.) And my common app/optional essay I'm pretty proud of. But my ECs and "Why Ross" are a little weak.

Thanks for your input! :D

The Ross essay is huge, basically everything I would say, if your essay is weak, I would say hold off until after freshman year

middlebkm already submitted the app including the essay. First, I would think you have a strong chance of Ross admission. If you don’t happen to get in now, whatever the reason, that will not reduce your chances at all for admission after your Freshman year.
