Chance Me for Santa Clara University

I'm currently a freshman at CSULB, and I applied for transfer to Santa Clara University for Studio Art.

High School:
- GPA: 3.6 (uw)/3.96 (w)
- SAT: Critical Reading (650), Math (690), Writing (700)
- AP Classes: World History, Chinese, Chemistry, Biology, Calculus BC, Statistics, US History, Studio Art, English
- ECs: I graduated with 651.75 hours of community service (from stage managing, volunteering for autistic children, working at the Police Station, internship at City Hall) but only held one position for a club (Treasurer/Secretary, Model United Nations)
- Took four community college courses (three of them were art courses)

College:
- GPA: 3.89
- ECs: Joined a business professional fraternity (became Historian & Director of Auditing), Circle K International (became Public Relations Chair), Pilipino American Coalition (PAC)
- One of the reasons I'm applying for transfer is because of unit restrictions here. I've run into many issues because I will have 87 semester units at the end of this semester.

My letters of recommendation were written by an art instructor at CSULB and a high school teacher who I worked closely with for play production. For my essays, I actually don't know how strong they were but I didn't really focus on writing about my ECs for the transfer essay. It was more to the point about why I wanted to transfer and what I would do if offered admission, I suppose?

I'm really anxious because I'm not sure when I'll find out my decision (I submitted my application sort of last minute because the people writing my letters of rec couldn't navigate Common App very well and that went back and forth for a month). I've read a lot of other people's profiles and they all have really high GPAs and strong leadership positions.

If anyone is willing to post if they've heard back and their stats, I'd be happy to read those as well. Thank you so much!

I forgot to mention that I worked during most of my senior year and worked two other jobs during the summer. Currently, I’m just working a work study job.
