Your academic qualifications are certainly solid, but the schools I listed as reach above are pretty much reaches for every applicant. To have a better chance of getting into such high caliber schools, I recommend you try to increase your ACT score so that it is above 34. I would also recommend that you take a few SAT subject tests in your area of interest to show colleges that you have substantial knowledge in those areas and are ready to excel in college. Also, since this is your last summer before college, you should try to get involved in a few more activities, particularly those that will really boost your application. Depending on you area of interest (what is that by the way?) this may equate to research with university faculty or interning at a law or finance office. You want to try and get something done that will jump out at the admissions officers. On a related note, your extracurricular activities and clubs as of now do seem quite a bit generic. What colleges want to see is that you are focusing on participating in activities concentrated around your area of interest (a big spike rather than, say, being well-rounded). Also try to include a few more safety schools in your list. Other than that, you seem pretty well prepared for college application season this fall!
