<p>Volunteer: around 200 hours (volunteer, unpaid internship, tutoring, etc)</p>

<p>Academics, at least SAT/ACT, should be a little higher. They won’t shoot you down, but they’ll help you. ECs are not exceptional, but they’ll probably suffice for schools like Emory and Cornell. WashU and Northwestern would still be slight reaches/high matches. Duke is still a bit tougher and Stanford is a very high reach.</p>
