Chance me for SDSU Computer Science

So, given my situation (http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/california-state-university-general), I am leaning more and more towards state schools in san diego area. Since I was set on UCI for nearly 3 years, I know very little about CSUs and their transfer requirements, though I did submit an application for fall 2016 to at least 3 of them (as safety). I was 100% sure I’d get into any CSU (based on my early admission to CSUSM). It seems, however, that SDSU is very strict on completing all major prep prior to transfer, and since I am missing a few classes, I am starting to doubt my chances. Could anyone please give me an idea of what to expect, based on my stats?

GPA: 3.77
Desired Major: CS
Golden 4: All completed with A.
IGETC: hopefully, by end of spring 2016
Major prep: C++, Java I and II (CS107), Data Structures (CS108), Calculus I (MATH 150), Calculus II (Math 151), Calculus III, Physics (PHYS195 and PHYS195L) - done
Missing: Discrete Mathematics (MATH 245), Introduction to Linear Algebra (MATH 254), Machine Organization and Assembly Language (CS 237)
I stated LA and DM as “planned” for summer 2016.

Do you think they could overlook a few missing major prep classes?
