Chance Me for SLO?

Applied ED for BioChem

CSU GPA: 3.71
Sat: Writing: 700
CR: 660
Math: 710
2070/2400
1370/1600

Theres a small part where they ask if you have had any ec’s and if you had a leadership position. I said yes to both.

I know it’s kind of far but I can dream <3

Test scores are in line but, your GPA is short of average. My crystal ball says no ED but, maybe RD.

It will come down to the specific coursework you took. They give significant bonus credit for advanced math, etc.

Good luck.

Thankyou!!! I did take the equivalent of 5 years of math so if that’ll help, that would be awesome :D

yeah it’s hard to tell as of now, since you’re right in the middle. i think you have a 50-50 chance!

Wouldn’t count on ED, but you have a chance at regular admission. Your GPA is lacking, but solid stats overall. (Average College of Math & Science GPA was a 4.04 last year)

ECs really do not count. It’s all about the APs and Honors classes. If you took a lot of those, those SERIOUSLY boost your application. Are you taking AP Calc AB/BC this year?

SLO uses a point system. A student’s work experience and extra-curricular activities account for a weight between 1% and 10% of the total admission score.

also putting in that I have a very significant upward trend with my grades. Do csu’s see that?
