Sorry, forgot to add my volunteering hours:
American Youth Soccer Organization: 100+ hours
Teaching LEGO Robotics to kids/mentoring teams: 50 - 75 hours

UC Berkeley (favorite)- match (easily will get in)
Stanford (really, really high reach)- reach (but not that high)
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (favorite)- low reach-match
Harvey Mudd College- Low Reach
Cal Tech (reach)- Reach (but not that high)
NYU- Low Reach
UCLA- Match
USC- Match

I just graduated UCLA so my info is outdated by 4 years, but your stats are quite above average for my classmates and friends so maybe 70-90%? This is just my guess. I had the similar ec’s and nearly same stats except for a 3.95 GPA and I got regents here. You might get invited for regents app. If you do, just write a good essay and have a teacher you enjoyed learning from write your rec… you’ll have a good chance to get regents. BUT this was 4 years ago… and colleges have gotten much more competitive since then.

What do you want to major in? I’m guessing CS or something of the sort? For Cal, Stanford, UCLA, and USC, their engineering schools are tougher to get into than letters & science, just a heads up, but you still have an awesome shot! :)

UC Berkeley (favorite) - match (high match for CoE)
Stanford (really, really high reach) - yep, reach
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (favorite) - match
Harvey Mudd College - low/mid reach
Cal Tech (reach) - reach, although your 800s on SAT IIs and Intel semi-finalist are really going to help!
NYU - low match. tbh i’d be surprised if you didn’t get into NYU
UCLA - match
USC - match
