Chance me for some pretty good schools

I'm a Junior at a top national ranking high school in Illinois.

I've taken several honors, and an AP class. My gpa, unweighted, is a 3.55...it's weak, I know.

I'm extremely fluent in Spanish (Spanish I-A, Spanish II Honors -A, Spanish III Honors - A-, Spanish IV Honors - A)

I've taken tons of business classes.
-Intro To Business
-Marketing
-Sports & Entertainment Marketing
-Management
-Accounting
-Accounting 2 Honors
-AP Stats
(I'm applying to the business schools, obviously)

I scored a 31 on my ACT which I was pretty pleased with, since my GPA is nothing special.

My EC's
-DECA 2 Years
-FBLA 1 Year (going to be 2, next year)
-Student Council 3 Years (going to be 4)
Football 3 years
Volleyball 4 years
Volunteer for 2 hours every other friday morning at a homeless shelter to make lunches/breakfasts, and clean.

I created a great fundraiser at our school where we ask students to donate (x) amount of cents every time a homerun is hit by the Cubs. It's a small amount of money, but it adds up over time. A ton of people have already signed up. At the end of each month, we donate the money to Cubs Care charity, and we also contact the Cubs to ask them for a pair of tickets each month to help provide some incentive for the students to participate.
-I STARTED this fundraiser on my own with a friend, no club/school involvement, although we had to speak with the dean about getting a booth during lunch.
--It's already become pretty popular, over 150 kids have agreed to donate 20 cents per homerun, and its not even pre-season yet!

I really want to go to these schools for Business:

Univ. of Wisconsin-Madison (Top school, visited, family history there)

Univ of Illinois (Visited, family history there)

Iowa

Purdue

Texas

Miami

Cal-Berkely

USC

UC Boulder

Also, my recommendations will be amazing. Great relationship with the dean, she thinks I deserve the best after she saw my fundraising idea. My sophomore lit teacher has always liked me, he probably inspired me to follow through with my dreams, since I slacked in his class and he never gave up on me. He told me that he’d love to write me a letter of recommendation.

—bump-----

come on people, help me out

I think you have a shot at all of the schools mentioned, or at least should apply to every school mentioned.

I know that Texas is extremely difficult to get into out-of-state. They care very much about class rank and GPA. I can empathize with you too, because my high school is one of the top 3 in my state and my GPA is about what yours is. You still have a very good shot, I’d apply.

Any California state schools are virtually impossible to get into out-of-state; they are hard enough to get into in state. Still, you have good enough credentials that you should apply, you never know. Even if it’s unlikely, you may as well apply.

wow great job wiht that charity idea!!
id say apply everywhere sounds like your solid… sorry i cant say more im not really familiar with those schools!
