Please chance me for these schools:

U of Washington
Georgia Tech
Illinois Urbana-Champaign
Penn State UP
UC Irvine
Cal Poly SLO

Accepted to Rutgers and Indiana so far. Thanks in advance!

UW: Match, your UW GPA is a bit below their average but no biggie, Essays and Personal Statements are important so your good there

Cal Poly: Match - High Match, Their average GPA is around 3.82 I believe but I don’t know how they count out of state honors when it comes to GPA. Admission varies on major (like I want to go for engineering which I hear is toughest of all the majors) so a little tougher than UW

UC Irvine: High Match, UC only counts AP as honors weight for out of staters (which sucks) and they have the A - G Coursework rubric so they may judge your rigor and overall coursework harder. Also, UC’s look at nearly everything in the holistic review including EC’s and yours won’t help in that stage. (Don’t worry, I have no EC’s either =) I’m pretty sure you surpassed the minimum 3.4 UC GPA though.

Hope this helps. What Major are you going for anyway?

@DjBoom777 - Thanks!! I’ll chance you back! I’m going for Business. UC Irvine appealed to me but I didn’t realize until late in the process that Merage is still very new and rather mediocre for a business school.

@jman1295 - Top 30%, my school uses only the unweighted GPA for class rank, which is unfortunate because my rank is very meh and it doesn’t factor in courseload.

Yeah I didn’t realize until late in the application process that Merage doesn’t have much of a reputation. Add in the ridiculous OOS tuition and I doubt I’d attend if accepted.
