Chance me for some schools?

Hi all! I'm currently a junior but wanted to get a general idea of where I stand for my schools. I know these will probably change, but again I just want to get a general idea.

GPA: 3.88 UW, 3.82 W (I expect that to go up this year)
SAT I: haven't taken yet, predicted score of ~2100 (CR: 700, Writing: 700, Math: 700)
ACT w/writing: Haven't taken yet, but predict a score of ~30 (I really hate the ACT lol)
SAT II: haven't taken yet, but am planning to take the french, US History, and English lit subject tests this year
AP scores: 4 on the world history exam, will be taking the US History, English language, and Psychology exams in the spring
Planned senior year course load:
AP English Lit
AP Econ
AP Gov
AP Comparative Politics
AP European History
Advanced journalism
College apps
AP Statistics

Extracurriculars:
Speech & debate (will have been doing for 4 years, with moderate success at tournaments)
French club (will have been doing for four years, will hopefully be getting a leadership position this year & next year)
French national honors society (I was inducted at the end of sophomore year so I guess that will count as me having done it for two years)
National Honors Society (will have been doing for 2 years)
Academic team (1-3 years depending on whether or not I make the team this year and next year, just use 2 years for admissions purposes)
Thespians- (inducted at the end of sophomore year, so will be 2 years)
Volunteer club (not actually the name but we volunteer at a retirement home locally. Was a founding member and will have been doing it for 3 years)
Journalism (will have been doing it for 2 years)
I'm also working on getting a book published right now, so fingers crossed that it will be published by the end of the year

Other things: I'm a Caucasian female living in the state of California. I go to a medium-sized public high school that doesn't do class ranks/valedictorians/anything like that. I'm a strong writer and I have good relationships with my teachers (knock on wood lol) so i expect my essays and recs to be good. I've already looked at this years prompts from some schools and have worked on them for fun and so I think I'll be okay on that front. Don't really have any hooks.

On to the schools!
Northwestern (journalism major)
Boston University (not sure yet whether as a journalism major or an English major, leaning towards English atm)
Washington & Lee University (journalism major)
Northeastern University (journalism major)
George Washington University (journalism major)
UCSC (Literature major, with a concentration on creative writing)
UC Irvine (English major, with an emphasis in creative writing)
Emerson College (writing, literature, and publishing major)
Lewis & Clark College (English major, creative writing concentration)
University of Iowa (English major, creative writing track- I'm planning on attending camp there next summer)
University of North Carolina, Asheville (Literature major, creative writing concentration)
University of Washington, Seattle (English major, creative writing concentration)

I know that it'll be hard to give me accurate chances, but I'm just looking for kind of generally where I stand so I can figure out what I need to be doing this year and realistically what I can expect. Thank you all so very much! :)

Ajdjshshxjsns whoops I meant to reverse the Weighted and unweighted GPAs at the top!

I can tell you that you should be good for UNC-Ashville, even with the limits on out of state students in NC schools.
