Very nice recommendations from my math teacher, french teacher

Other Info:
Only taking 6 classes out of possibly 7 this year. Will this hurt my chances? I also took 6 last year because of my stressful schedule.
Also I want to major in Electrical Engineering. I have heard that this is very difficult to get into. If not Electrical Engineering, general engineering or applied mathematics and discrete mathematics.
Will my 4 on my AP affect my results? I know computer science falls under engineering.

Schools I wish to get into
Stanford
MIT
Caltech
UC Berkeley
UC LA
UC SD
Harvard
Princeton
Yale
UPenn
Other UCs as safeties.

u're insane....

so these are the hispanics I'll be going against at Harvard huh?

IN AT ALL COLLEGES

I am trying to get into Electrical Engineering, which will be quite a challenge. That will be a challenge. My friends have similar stats as I do. A few of them have better.

yeah ur in

Please specify which. My counselor has told me as I have no English stuff, it may be difficult to be accepted into Harvard. That would be my second or first choice.

Looks pretty good, you'll probably be in at most of those.

I'd retake that Chem SATII, and maybe try to add some classes next quarter at your community college to make up for only taking six right now. I've met people who took like 9 classes at the same time and still didn't get in to MIT, only like Berkeley, UCLA, etc.

Good luck!

Thanks omerzach for your input.
I don't have time to retake my chem sat, but as you only need to show 3 sat ii scores, I just won't put that one on my application. I will definitely try to take more classes, but I am pretty stressed and do not want to go through another junior year. I am not the type to slack 2nd semester as well. I might allow myself to get a few A-s, but not more than 3.

Anymore opinions?

In everywhere if this is legit.

Very solid candidate to all schools, more so than the average applicants.

llpitch, please don't doubt this thread just because of my ethnicity. My parents were also hard working. I learned from them

omgoshh, you make me feel bad about myself. haha. i'm pretty sure you're in everywhere.

lol such a troll, and it's not due to your ethnicity. I wouldn't believe it if you were asian.

how are you a "National Merit Scholarship Finalist?" Decisions don't come out until January /February I thought?
