Chance me for Stanford/CMU/Berkeley transfer

Hey folks,
I am a sophomore at UC Davis with a CS major. I currently have a 4.0 GPA and am planning to try to transfer out.
I currently work at 2 labs - one at CMU and one at UC Davis itself. I have been working since the start of last year. The projects I am working on should lead to publications in top AI conferences such as NeurIPS, ICCV, and ICML and Psych journals such as Psych Review. I will be co-author and first author on several papers at the end of this year.
I am also a Table Tennis player for the UC Davis Table Tennis team along with being the Vice-President of the UC Davis Table Tennis Club.
I really want to transfer to one of these universities so that I can work with my research mentors more intimately rather than how I work with the lab at CMU being completely remote and zero chances of interacting with my mentors and professors.
I have a really good relation with my mentors and they are going to be writing Letters of Recommendations for my applications.

Is there anything else I can do so that I have a chance at transferring? I really want to get out of Davis for several reasons.

Thank you so much for reading through this if you’ve read this much
I really appreciate it!

Thanks!

UCB EECS or L&S (CS) would be highly competitive:

Stanford admits very few transfer students, and its yearly announcements about incoming frosh and transfer students suggest that most transfers are non-traditional students such as military veterans.

CMU’s transfer admission page suggests that few transfers are admitted.
