I guess I'll just post most of my info here for once, but please PM me if you're willing to read my essays (the 2 CA and 3 short Stanford supplements).
Please PM me for more details... I really think it would be tough to chance me without reading my essays.

Anyways, thanks in advance. I'll reciprocate whatever time you put into reading this, if you have a thread like this.

Hey you look like a solid applicant. Your scores and other stats are up to the mark, however Stanford being the school it is will be a reach for even the most qualified applicant. Btw I’m not sure if the summer course at Brown will contribute too much towards your Stanford app though the Research should be extremely beneficial. Also are you applying for FIn Aid(that might hurt).

Would love to read your essays if you PM them over.

Chance back at http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1060886-chance-hopeful-will-chance-back.html

you are definitely a solid candidate for stanford but the thing is no matter how good you are … you just cant be sure with these kind of colleges… they are just highly competitive and highly unpredictable… you have a good chance thats for sure…

Good Luck!

Violator - The only reason that course might help is because I wrote one of the supplement essays on the same topic (though in the essay I only mentioned a book we read, not the course… but they should see that this topic is something I care enough about to study over the summer).

Speed - I completely agree… I’m just hoping that I have at least a decent chance.

Anyone else?

Bumping this up.

Bumping this up… will chance back.
