advice is good too!
ill chance back

stanford - Reach. (very unpredictable with acceptances though, so I would still apply due to the fact that you have good test scores and GPA)
university of chicago - Match
berkeley - Match (if you can write a great essay, you're in.)
ucla - Match
johns hopkins university - Match
ucsd - Match
Duke - Match

I think you should include that you were in band in 9th and 10th grade, colleges will understand that you can't do everything. I also think you should try to bring up your SAT I reading score if possible. Good work overall though. :)

stanford - reach
university of chicago - accept
berkeley - 80%
ucla - accept
johns hopkins university - accept
ucsd - safety
Duke - 50%

You have good chances at all the UCs.
Stanford is a crap shoot for anyone.
U of C - focus on your essay because that is what matters more, not your stats.
Not sure about the rest.

If you are in-state, you are definitely in the UC's- you have UCSD in-state or OOS.
Johns Hopkins seems very likely.
Chicago is 50/50.
Duke is 25/75. (Get your Math & CR composite up to 1500 and your chances will go up astronomically for Duke).
Stanford is 10/90

You have a very slim chance at Stanford since you have weak extracurriculars (but be sure to compensate with a GREAT essay!). Berkeley is also quite slim, and JHU is a slight reach. I'm not sure about the rest, although I think you'll get into at least one school on your list.
