Also important: I got suspended for a day for vaping one day this year. A lot of people have told me that colleges won’t care, but still a factor to take into consideration. I’ve heard a lot of people who got in with month-long suspensions, but just be real if it will severely impede my admissions chances. I won’t be lying on my application, so they will definitely know or would probably find out anyway.
I think you have a good shot at being accepted based on your academics especially ed. I think average act score this year was 28. I don’t think getting caught vaping is a big deal but I would see if your school will expunge it from your record. I think for a minor offense like that they might not include it. Talk to your guidance counselor. He/She might be able to help. At the least he/she will be able to guide you as to how to explain on app. Good luck.
Looks good but just speak to your advisor about dropping Latin- many colleges like to see students continue with a language - they like students to take all 5 core courses - English, math, science, language and History for four years
Would someone be willing to chance me as well? I am a current junior who is also planning on applying to Syracuse ED in the fall.

also to the person above, you will most likely get in, i think 28 is the average test score, according to my naviance, and your gpa and ecs seem WELL above the norm.
