<p>I sent in my application last Thursday for Spring 2014 (this coming up spring) applying for Telecommunication Media Studies (B.S) and my second choice major is Sociology. I've applied with 25-28 completed hours (depending on if my art appreciation class transfers, it says TRSN) with a 3.4 GPA. My essay is very good. Also, two people are writing me letters of recommendations.. they haven't completed them yet, but they should within the week. Also, I currently attend the University of North Texas. I am taking 12 hours this semester, including Math 141, and Math 142 (weird right, but I had the pre reqs done last year, pre cal, to take both). </p>
<p>Recap: 3.4 GPA most likely with 28 transferable credits.<br>

<p>Should I change my second choice major to English? Their requirements is 24 hours with a 2.5 GPA instead of telecommunications 3.0.</p>
<p>I applied last year for Engineering, not knowing the pre reqs or anything like that.. don't want to do Engineering anways. I have absolutely no pre reqs done for it.</p>
