<p>I think the chance is 50%. Your ECs for Cal is excellent.However, the low SAT II score decreases your chance.</p>

<p>50%. Hardly. I would say reach, maybe slight reach. way below average for everything except ecs</p>

<p>Less than 33%. That 1880 on the SAT1 is going to be the killer.</p>

<p>To be frank, it does help that you are a minority, as the UC's have been struggling ever since Prop 209 to equally represent california's diverse population in the universities. Your Science competition will also help offset your scores.
My guess: definitely UCSD, and definitely either UCLA or Berkeley. maybe even both.</p>
