Chance me for the UC's and some privates?

I am an asian male from California. My parents were both born in Asia, but they went to college in the US. I attended a competitive high school that offers around 20 AP classes.

Please chance me for UC Berkeley, UCLA, UC San Diego, USC, Stanford, Duke, and Northwestern, and maybe some Ivies.
Here goes!

GPA:
4.0 unweighted, 4.5 weighted

SAT:
800 Math, 730 CR, 710 Writing (2240 total)
I wrote slightly off-topic on my essay and got an 8 :(
I plan to retake in October, aiming for 2300+ (hopefully maybe!!)

Course Difficulty:
I took pretty much the most advanced classes that I could take, and I went up to Spanish 4 Honors in my junior year.

SAT Subject Tests:
800 Math 2, 720 Biology (I know, not so great)

AP Scores:
4 Chemistry, 5 Calculus AB, 5 Biology

Extracurriculars:
I played the trumpet since 5th grade, and I am in a local out-of-school band. I was section leader of my school symphonic band in my junior year. I also made a regional honor band during my freshman year.
I did a summer internship at an osteoporosis lab the summer before senior year (four times a week and 7 hours a day).
I was on the varsity tennis team during junior year, and I plan to continue during my senior year.
I am active in CSF and NHS (Volunteering organizations), with over 30 hours of community service per semester.
I am in two tutoring clubs that tutor students during lunch and after school.
I am the secretary of the Chess Club.
During the summer before my sophomore year, I participated in COSMOS, a summer research program.

My Senior Schedule:
AP English Literature
AP Calculus BC
AP Government / AP Economics
Physics Honors
Photography

I will probably apply to a few other colleges as well. Any questions, feel free to ask! Thanks!

ECs, GPA, and test scores are great. Be sure to write a good personal statement.
USC and UCSD definitely in!
UC Berkeley and UCLA- I am quite sure you will get in.
Duke most likely in.
Stanford, Harvard, Yale- well this can be just the luck of the roll. Just like the lottery. But still a good chance.

Chance me back?

Good chances at UCB, UCLA
Great chances at UCSD

Stanford: You will need a miracle like everybody else
Duke: Reach even if you get 2300+
NW: Solid chances or slight reach

You have a great GPA and your SAT scores, in my opinion, are fine, too. Your biology one isn’t low! Remember that they don’t want the perfection. I’ve seen a guy with 2400 SAT + like 7 SAT II with all 800 got rejected by Yale, and I suspect that they thought he hasn’t anything else but academics. You have good ECs and everything, so you can definitely can try in all of them without stress yourself too much. Pick some safeties like anyone else because admission process in that universities is totally a crapshoot.
I would say high reach as for anyone: Stanford, Duke, HYP. And you definitely have a good shot at the other Ivies and Berkeley and I think you’re practically in at UCLA.

Thanks guys! I’m actually questioning whether or not I should retake the SAT. If I retake in October, I have to start studying soon. Do you guys think its worth it?
