<p>Junior here looking for some feedback. Please chance me for some UC's (Santa Cruz, Berkeley, SD, SB, LA, Davis) as well as NYU, USC, Boston University, UNC (haha). Here ya go! </p>

<p>Location: California, US
School Type: Public
Ethnicity: White
Gender: Female</p>

<p>SAT I: 1930 (620 CR 610 M 700 W) Taking again in may! Hope to get a 2030 at least
ACT: n/a
SAT II: Took world history but it was pretty bad (didn't study, thought AP review was enough) but Im planning on taking US history, literature, and math 2 in may
Rank: not available
Unweighted GPA (so far): 3.80
Weight GPA (so far): 4.4
AP classes/scores: World History (3), US History (pending), Art history (pending) Calculus AB (pending)
<em>planning to get at LEAST 4's on all those, maybe 5 on US and art. really stepped up my game this year and teachers helped me predict this</em>
Senior Year Course load: AP Stats, AP Lit, AP Psychology, AP Gov/Econ, Visual Imagery
Major Awards: Academic Award of Excellence for AP World history, Scholar athlete for Cross Country, Daughters of the American Revolution Essay winner (district) </p>

<p>Extracurriculars:
Cross country (moved to JV), Link Cru (Board senior year), TutorCorps club (vice president),NCL, Key Club, ASPCA club, Big Brothers Big sisters club, CSF
Job/work experience: Tutoring, babysitting, concept originator for children's books ( didn't actually write but my name is on the cover), worked at dad's business
Volunteer/community service: Tons as a tutor for failing children in this special program, volunteered in a retail shop that would give move to working wardrobes foundation, big brothers big sisters volunteer
Summer Activities: Tutor at a summer program, babysitter, cross country program </p>

<p>NOTE: Im only halfway through my junior year, so who knows whats to come :-) </p>

<p>I also plan to write strong essays. Writing is my speciality and I want to write about some serious stuff (should be good!). Also I plan to get very strong recommendation letters from two teachers who I personally know very well and like me bunches. Counselor rec will also be strong, we share a strong connection. </p>

<p>For UCLA and UCB - you need a higher SAT to be a serious contender. You are a good candidate for the other UCs.
I’ll leave the non-California schools to others.</p>
