Chance me for the UCs? :)

I'm applying to:
(as a biology major for all)
UCB
UCLA
UCSD
UCD
UCI
UCSB
also USC

-Asian, female, CA resident
-HS in Silicon Valley; isn't considered too competitive, but definitely isn't bad
-Only one parent attended college

SAT I: 2110 (640 CR, 740 M, 730 W)
SATII: 700 (Bio-M), 730 (USH), 680 (Math IIC)
GPA: 4.09 (UC 10-11), 4.18 W (10-11), 3.7 UW (10-11)
rank: School doesn't rank, but I know that I'm in the top 20% out of 500-550 students

APs:
-Junior Year: AP Bio (4), APUSH (5)
-Senior Year: AP English Lit, AP US Gov, AP Calc BC
-9 Honors and AP classes taken (10-12) - I've taken every opportunity to take the honors/APs
-Not that many AP classes offered & school doesn't allow doubling up (can't take 2 science, math, etc. classes per school year)

Essays: I had my AP English teacher read them. She said that they were really good and that I could get supplemented by Cal.

ECs:
-Marching Band (9-12)
-Community Service (10-12): ~200 hours
-National Merit Scholarship Commended

I know my GPA is very average for the top tier UCs and that my SATIIs and ECs aren't too fabulous, but perhaps my essays could make up for that? If you guys could chance me and possibly even predict if I'll get accepted, that would be great. I'm aiming for UCSD, but their point system scares me.

Thanks! :)

Any help, please?

I’d really appreciate it!
