Should I even apply to UW?

THANKS A LOT!!

I dont know your ACT is good. But your GPA is on the lower end of the spectrum and your class rank is not good, at all. It may be a longshot but if they look heavily at ACT your alrite

^Agree with the above. Your SAT Writing is very low too. I know from experience that a 34 ACT is no guarantee. Probably a wait list.
P.S. Did you take the writing part of the ACT? How are they weighting your GPA? What APs have you taken? Did you take the SAT II?
P.P.S. What kind of major is PRE-engineering? Either you take engineering or not.

Don't send your SAT. UW prefers ACT (with writing), anyway, I think. I don't know what your chances are--I have read in the Seattle papers that competition for spots at UW has increased. Still, if you don't try, you're certain to not get admitted.
