Chance me for these! biz major!

How will I do when it comes time to apply? Any feedback will be accepted. I live in the NY area and would like to a college on the east coast. If you also have any other colleges that you think should be put into consideration, based on my stats, be my guest and let me know.

Intended major: Business Management/Admin or Finance

College list: URochester, Bard College, SUNY Binghamton, SUNY Geneseo, University at Buffalo, Colgate University, Clarkson University, Syracuse University, CUNY Baruch

SAT I: 2160/2400 M: 700, CR : 700, W: 760
(No SAT Subject Tests yet.)

GPA: 91.4/100 Unweighted with classes being approx. 3/4 honors and AP
Probably not taking any SATs.

Total 3 AP classes, and 1 other university level class
AP Exams: USH: 3 Language/Comp: 4

Unweighted Rank: approx. top 25%

Extracurricular/awards: Eagle Scout, Various Boy Scouts-related activities, Junior Varsity Tennis, Various school club positions, Volunteering at various local facilities, Work experience over summer, school Excellence Award for 10th grade, Community Service Award from school (>150 hours of service total), a Boy Scout-related leadership training program, and a selective citizenship training program.

Honestly I’m not sure how competitive each of those schools are to get into the Business school, but you seem to have a really good chance to get into all of those schools, especially since you’re applying in-state.
Your GPA is pretty good (especially for the schools on your list) and your SAT scores are above average for most of those.
Plus being an Eagle Scout will get you in a lot of places.
I think you’ll get into most if not all of those.

Thank you for your response! I chanced you back!

I would suggest Penn St. One of the best business schools in the country. Also, a Boston College would be good. I think all the schools u have now are in the bag; now challenge yourself a little :)

Hmm, I’m not sure if the business programs in each of the schools are harder than the others but it seems you’ve got a pretty good grasp on the numbers portion at least!
Your volunteering and Eagle Scout status surely would be a plus. I think you should apply to Stern, I really think you’d have a shot at it (:
Best of luck!

Also, can you chance me?

thanks, I’d appreciate it (:

No NYU Stern? You would be competitive there, although their financial aid can be a bit lacking.

Okay. I’ll consider NYU Stern and Penn State.

If you enjoy a quarter million in debt, NYU is the school for you lol.

yeah, i suppose you’re right.
