Chance me for these schools... (Confused)

I'm an international student from Pakistan and before I type my resume and college list on here, I have a few questions on mind...
1.I'm on my second Gap year. I had to take them due to severe health issues (life and death situation) and this is being mentioned in my counsellor recs as well. Will the fact that I didn't apply right after high school affect my chances?
2.How much difference does applying EA/ED make when it comes to chances?

As most people do in Pakistan, I attended different high schools from 9-10th grade and 11-12th grade.
Overall grade is A+ at both schools (4.0 GPA?) and class rank is 4/950 in junior and senior high. The school I attended as a freshman and sophomore doesn't rank.
Teachers still working on two of the three recs. The first one showed me what she wrote and it was pretty good.
Course Load in Freshman and Sophomore years was
Math I and II
Biology I and II
Chemistry I and II
Physics I and II
Urdu
English Lang and Lit
Pakistan Studies
Islamic Studies
Junior and Senior year:
Advanced Biology I and II (Highest level they offer)
Advanced Chemistry Organic and Inorganic
Physics Classical and Modern Advanced
Urdu III and IV
English Literature (Plays and Poems)
Islamic Studies (basic)

Here is where the problem lies...
SAT II Bio M 710 (too low?)
SAT II Chemistry 720 (too low?)
SAT II Physics 790

IELTS 9 Band

ACT (taking in September. I've been consistently getting 33-34 in Practice tests)

Awards/Honors:
Roll of Honor in Debates
Outstanding Academic Achievement Award

EC's

College List (Chances?)
Columbia (ED)
Duke
Stanford
JHU
Wash U-St. Louis
Vanderbilt
Dartmouth
UVA
Boston College
U of Rochester
Northeastern
Hamilton College
Rhodes College
Grinnell
Case Western Reserve

Intended major: Microbio/immunobiology or biology
Financial aid not needed.

Columbia- moderate chances. I’d say 60% since you’re extracurriculars are outstanding and you have strong SAT results and GPA.
Duke-Same as Columbia.
Stanford- lower chances, but not significantly. For this one you’ll have to make at least a 2300 in your SAT to have strong chances.
JHU- You’re in
Wash U- In
Vanderbilt- In
Dartmouth- if you apply ED you’re probably in, but in RD I’d say your chances are the same as Columbia.
UVA- In
Boston- In, there’s no way they’re turning you down
U of Rochester- same as boston
Northeastern- same
Hamilton- same
Rhodes- same
Grinnell- same
CWR- same

BUMP…10char

1) Don’t worry at all about the health issues! That’s something that couldn’t be avoided, so of COURSE it won’t deter colleges from admitting you!

2) Technically there’s a higher chance of getting admitted ED than RD, but not really; the reason the acceptance rate is higher is because all the super confident amazing kids apply early, and obviously a ton get accepted. Bottom line, only apply ED if you love love love the school and think you have a high chance of getting in.

3) Don’t worry too much about those SAT II scores. They’re good. Besides, SAT IIs fall behind GPA, SAT/ACT, essay, teacher recs, and ECs in importance to admissions committees.

4) CHANCES
Columbia ED: high reach
Duke: low reach
Stanford: high reach
JHU: mid match
Wash U-St. Louis: high match
Vanderbilt: mid match
Dartmouth: low reach
UVA: high match
Boston College: low match / safety
U of Rochester: safety
Northeastern: safety
Hamilton College: safety
Rhodes College: safety
Grinnell: low match / safety
Case Western Reserve: safety

Good luck! :)

Thanks a lot! Anything I should try to improve?

I got all my questions answered. Thank you so much.
