Top 1-10% of my year I think (60 people, we don't rank)

Has good recommendations, and grades. Anything else I need to add?

What’s your GPA, rigor of course, and any APs?
If you wanna make MIT, your SAT I score definitely need to be higher. A sub 600 score just doesn’t cut it.
Berkeley is also a low reach.
Rest are matches.

MIT - no
RIT - in
RPI - match
UCLA - match
UCB - reach

While you do not have the highest SAT scores, MIT is unpredictable. If you read on their admissions blogs, they have admitted students with 1800-ish SATs. You certainly have the SAT IIs. You have interesting ECs too.
Based on what I know

MIT - reach (but it is for everyone)
RIT - in
RPI - match (but be careful, they are getting increasingly competitive. They rejected plenty of qualified applicants from my school last year)
UCLA - match
UCB - reach

My own view before any of this website.

MIT - nope
RIT - in
RPI - reach
UCLA - just
UCB - not in my life

Just to compare.
