Chance me for these schools with high GPA/low SAT

Hey guys I'm wondering if you can give me some insight on my chances for these schools:

-Stony Brook University
-UCONN
-UMass Amherst
-UMBC
-Northeastern University (this one's a stretch...)

Gender: Male
Grade: 12
School: Public, well known
Ethnicity: Asian (Chinese)
State: CT
Other: 2nd in my immediate family to go to college (mother has associate's degree)
Major: Biology or Psychology
Essays: I think it will be pretty good. I have a unique topic that will hopefully help me stand out.
Recommendations: I think they should be ok. I'm going to ask a teacher who I've had for freshmen year and will have again for senior year and another teacher who has taught me for all 4 years.

Unweighted GPA: 3.7 (probably a little higher now since this was from 1st semester junior year... I'm guessing its around a 3.8 if that makes a difference
Weighted GPA 4.2 (probably a little higher too)
Rank: Top 10% (6.5%) out of around 400

AP Courses:
-AP US History: 3
-AP Chemistry: 5
-AP Biology: currently taking
-AP Psychology: currently taking
-AP French: currently taking

Honors Courses: (my school doesn't really have much honors courses for some reason yet we have 20ish APs...)
-Advanced Chemistry
-Advanced French IV

ECE (early college experience courses, UCONN):
-British Literature: currently taking (4 credits rewarded)
-AP Biology: taking next year (8 credits rewarded)
-AP French: currently taking

SAT:
590 CR, 640 M, 640 W - 1230 CR+M, 1870 overall
Math II -730
Chemistry - 700

ACT: going to take in Sept. Probably going to score around 27-30

ECs/Volunteer:
-Asian Club
-School Newspaper
-Science National Honor Society
-Marching Band
-tutor at school for 30 min each week
-helped in proctoring for annual New England Music Festival
-volunteered at health center over summer working with children and elderly

I know my EC's and test scores are really weak... And I have no leadership positions.. I'm more of a follower. Tell me if I'm missing any pertinent info.
Thanks in advance!

You have a good chance at all of these schools, especially Stony Brook and UCONN. Northwestern is a stretch though…

^ Your course load also looks very good too! Good Luck on your apps!

NEU: Reach
UConn: Low match
Stony Brook: Match
UMass Amherst: Low match
UMBC: Low match

Your course load is impressive and your gpa is good. I think if you could raise it just a little bit higher, you would be a match for UConn. Also, try to take the ACT/SAT once more and get a higher score. Same goes for Amherst- your would be a good match if gpa and test scores went up a little higher. Good luck!

-NEU: reach (attainable if you get 650-700+ on each section of the SAT, which shouldn’t be too hard, judging your current score)
-Stony Brook: low match
-UConn: low match
-UMass Amherst: low match
-UMBC: low match (think about UMCP as a high match!)

Good luck!

Thanks for all the chances guys! I’m studying for the September ACTs and gonna aim for 30+ stony brook is my first choice so hopefully I can get in.

Also because of scheduling conflicts I wasn’t able to fit symphonic band into my schedule. Since I have been doing band for the last three years I decided to take it after school. It’ll show up on my transcript since it’s a class, but I’m just wondering if colleges would be impressed by me sticking to band for all 4 years?
