Any feedback on what to improve is also appreciated. Also if anyone can recommend any colleges that would be good a fit that would be super helpful.

You have really good EC’s, but your gpa is a little low for u of m, Vanderbilt, and UCLA. The others are matches or reaches so they seem like something to aim for

UC GPA? https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/

Home state?

Difficult to give any ideas of your chances without having test scores. UW GPA is low for USC and UCLA and you would need around a 32+ ACT to be a competitive applicant. Ethnicity not consider in UC admission decisions.
Are all these schools affordable since many are OOS?

You have solid EC’s but will not make up for a lower than average GPA or test scores??

Good Luck, apply widely and have 1-2 safety schools on your list.
