I’d say you have a fair chance. Your ACT scores is on par but your GPA looks a little low (assuming its weighted?). ECs are alright but nothing spectacular. Like I said, you have a good chance but you aren’t a strong enough applicant for me to say you will for sure get in. Your best shot would be to nail the essays, as Wellesley places a great emphasis on them. Best of luck!

Thanks so much for the input! :)

also, to clear up my gpa. it’s 3.8 unweighted, 4.5 weighted

I came in because I saw RAK. ;D
Anyways, your SAT is low but I guess your ACT makes up for that. Your ECs look good, but without knowing your APs it’s hard to say. You should probably include your grades for your senior year, the AP exams you will be taking won’t count for much as your offer would have been made by the time you take them. The 2 in world history doesn’t look too good though… :/

It sounds like if you make a good personal impression, in interviews and in a well-written and memorable essay, you could sleep at night. I know the stats are crucial, but with Wellesley, the connection you make with the interviewer and admissions committee, is possibly even more important.

Your GPA and extracurriculars look good! If I were you, I’d focus on doing well on your AP tests this year and then retaking the SAT to raise that score a bit.
