<p>Freshman year: straight As, varsity xc and track
Hon. mention all state
principal flute in prestigious orchestra outside school
invited to play piano at selective recital
110 AMC 10
summer: volunteered 70 hours at Hospital (wanna be ortho surgeon)
robotics team, won 1st at state
3rd place NsE</p>

<p>Sophomore year: straight As
relatively large part in fall and spring plays (Officer Belsize in Night Must Fall and the Mad Hatter in Alice in Wonderland)
all state band
principal at orchestra
varsity track
qualified for AIME
3rd at state piano comp</p>

<p>went to the Dominican w/a group of doctors over winter break to watch and help and learn Spanish </p>

<p>800 Chinese SAT, 790 bio SAT, going to take college level math senior year
volunteer three hours a week at a local Chinese school</p>

<p>also play table tennis, ranked top 5 nationally</p>

<p>what are my chances so far?</p>

<p>its hard to tell right now bc u don’t have ur junior year and don’t have sat. i would say if get a good sat score and do well in 11 and 12th grade ur pretty set to go.</p>

<p>I took an SAT in 7th grade for Duke Tip and got a 2270, so I’m opting for a high 2300, hopefully a 2400 when i take it junior year</p>
