UChicago (EA)
Northwestern (EA)
University of Maryland Honors Program (EA)
Wake Forest (EA)

Sounds like you’re leaning towards business? Regardless, your gpa is showing an upward trend and is very strong, which is great. I’d expect acceptances for all these schools. The only weakness I see is the SAT which you should try to bump up (a good ACT wouldn’t hurt either). This could make or break you for Cornell-Dyson (can never be too sure with ivies) and I have a friend at Maryland Honors who had a 2300 SAT and a 4.xx gpa

Tl;dr: bump up your SAT and you’ll be good for anything. Aside from that, keep up that upwards trend!

Chance back if you can:

Cornell Dyson ED: Reach
UMI Ross EA: High match
Emory Goizueta: Match/High match
Notre Dame Mendoza: Reach
U Chicago: Reach (pay attention to your essays)
NWU: Reach
UMD Smith: Low match/Match (I am not sure at all about honors)
Wake Forest: Match

First, can you recalculate your uwGPA in 4.0 max scale (change A+ to 4.0 also)? It is confusing when you have an uwGPA of 4.16. It cannot be compared with admission stat directly.
Anyway, if your overall uwGPA is above 3.9, you should be a very high match for UMich LSA and but a reach for Ross. Note that SAT 2120 is slightly below admission average for UMich (mid 50 2030-2250 for 2013).

Mc1226:
While it’s hard to say with any assurance when you’re dealing with the ivies, I would say you’re 100% in. Your compelling vegetable cutting story combined with 40 ACT is awesome. Not cutting tomatos will hurt you though

billscho: I’ve calculated my 4.0 scale GPA to be 3.82 UW and 4.02 W

Cornell (ED)-Low Reach
University of Michigan (EA)-High Match
Emory (EA)- High Match
Notre Dame (EA)-High Match
UChicago (EA)-Reach
Northwestern (EA)-Reach
University of Maryland Honors Program (EA)-Match
Wake Forest (EA)-Low Match

Everything looks pretty good, best of luck, work on your essays!

Thank you!

That Sat score is a little low for those ivies on your list
Cornell (ED)-reach
University of Michigan (EA)-low reach
Emory (EA)-low reach
Notre Dame (EA)-high match
UChicago (EA)-reach
Northwestern (EA)-reach
University of Maryland Honors Program (EA)-match
Wake Forest (EA)-high match

Hopefully my score on the march SAT brought me to above a 2200 superscore

The strong, focused ecs will work wonders for you. If you do pull that sat up I would say you are in everywhere except umich, uchi and Cornell, just because of how competitive they are, but you have a great chance. You’re certainly qualified.

I think you have a good chance at everywhere but Cornell, which is super-selective. However, since you are such a good student, you might be wait-listed or deferred.

(Chance me back?)
