Everything is fantastic, but your ECs just aren’t specialized, there’s no spike. Your scores are amazing, but I just can’t see what you’re aiming for.

Your academics and test scores are phenomenal. However, I don’t see anything that differentiates you from the rest of the crowd extracurricularly. Do you have a hook? Are you: Homosexual, A URM, sad life story, super rich, legacy, recruited athlete? Anything? If not, I would say you have a very low chance for 1-6 and a good chance at 7-9.

Your grades are amazing which is always good but you have more of the general extracurriculars that you might see in any college applicant to an Ivy( or similar scale). There’s nothing too tremendous in that sense.

Edit: I did not include my community related activities. That might give my extracurriculars more of a focus.

-Education Advisory Council (Votes on and counsel Mayor concerning educational policy issues)
-Youth Court (Sentencing court where youth act as attorneys and jurors to sentence peers convicted of misdemeanors)
-Intern at a Law Firm
-Youth Council for the Mayor

Basically echoing the other posters: Your stats are on-par, but your EC’s aren’t unique. You’re going to need to write some killer essays.
