Chance me for top tier schools?

Hey guys, I was wondering which top tier schools (ivies, chicago, mit, stanford, etc.) I would have a chance at (if any) if I applied early action/early decision. I know admissions at these schools are unpredictable for everyone, but I’m seriously wondering if it’s even worth applying to these schools with my profile so please I need some substantial advice :((
(I want to major in life sciences or computer science btw)

Advice:
Apply for life science. Your chances at getting into schools for computer science are really low. Based on your ECs, it reflects that you have been focused on the life sciences (USABO, Science Olympiad, Science Fairs). In addition, you havent taken AP CS, so that would be a red flag for admission officers. If you want to have a chance at getting in to one of the top schools, just apply ED/REA to which school you want to go to. For these top schools, it sometimes is just luck. Hope this helps!

PS. I am just trying to give you an accurate picture of what I saw. The advice I gave you can be disregarded as needed. I wish you the best of luck!
