<p>I would think yes for JMU and VT. I would be less certain about UVA and William and Mary although applying can’t hurt. From our school, most admits are over a 4.0, and the majority over a 4.2 weighted. If you have Naviance (maybe through Blackboard?) you should look for your particular school. A heavy course load will help for certain. Don’t slack off with your senior year classes!</p>
<p>W&M very much wants your high school curriculum to include 4 years of the same foreign language, physics and calculus. You can find this information on CC. I would bet the same is important for UVA although I’ve never specifically looked for it on CC.</p>
