<p>I already made a thread a while back, but now I have some updated information. </p>
<p>I’m applying to Swarthmore, Middlebury, Bowdoin, Wesleyan, Amherst, Brown, and Dartmouth, but Amherst is my top choice. </p>
<p>I’m currently a freshman at Georgetown. </p>
<p>HS Stats:
GPA: no numeric, but A- student
SAT: 2230
SAT II’S: French w/ Listening 780, French 740, Eng Literature 740
EC’s: a lot…painting all my life, piano all my life, tennis, cross country, editor of art and lit magazine etc.</p>
<p>College Stats:
Major: French and English and Pre-Med
GPA: 3.8
Course load: Pretty routine, but tough classes…Intro to philosophy, high level French Literature class, prob stats, humanities and writing, and a seminar.<br>
EC’s: copy editor for the newspaper, did research with my french professor, model un, dc reads program
Recs: one each from my english and french teachers and both should be very good - did great in both classes. </p>
