-Do I have a good chance? Thanks for your time!!

Your GPA is good, and your class rank is stellar (top 5%, wow!), but your 620 in Math is a little concerning, considering that 69% of admitted applicants have at least a 700 and the middle 50% has 680-760 in Math.

Also, could you elaborate on your leadership roles? That plays a HUGE role in college admissions.

Thanks for your insight, @Thebeatlestoday! Regarding leadership activities, I’m the president of a club called CSJ Leaders. It’s all about bettering the community and doing service. Sophomore year I was chosen to represent my school at a leadership conference called HOBY. I went back my junior year as a volunteer and through that I completed over 200 hours of service. I’m on the Service Council at my school. It’s a group that organizes various events/fundraisers throughout the school.

I know that my math score isn’t very good. How much of a factor could it play in admissions?

How much does being a commended student count? Or does it count for anything?

Your leadership positions aren’t especially unique or on such a grand scale, so that could be a deterring factor for the adcom. If you truly showed passion for your service work in one of the essays, I’m sure you’ll come across quite well, though :)

The low Math score is a bit of a red flag but definitely isn’t low enough to warrant tossing your app in the trash before reading it, so don’t worry too much. However, I’d strongly advise that you retake the SAT and send the new score in ASAP if you don’t get in ED1.

As for the commended student… Are you referring to the National Merit Commended award or something you received from your school?

low reach, you’re a very academically strong applicant, but Tufts is Tufts and you are a bit out of their middle range for math. That said, I wouldn’t be surprised if you got in, either, but this could be a toss-up. Good luck!
