I have not heard back from Tulane yet, and several people in my area were accepted a week and a half ago. I am starting to worry and I was wondering if someone would be willing to chance me in the mean time. Please be brutally honest.

- took AP English lit last year, but did not submit scores

Intended areas of study: Psychology, Neuroscience, and Pre-Med
TULANE: I did not visit, but I attended the meeting when the rep came to my school this year and attended a 'Tulane Comes to you' session outside of school in my area. Wrote the optional Why Tulane? essay. Tulane tends to accept a lot of people from my school with similar test scores and a similar GPA to me. Several other people in my grade applied to Tulane early action this year.
EMORY: I visited the school, attended the meeting when the rep came to my school last year, attended an 'Emory Comes to you' in my area this year (rep did not come to my school this year). I have had a good relationship with the admissions counselor, several email exchanges and exchanges in person, she knows who I am and could pick me out of a crowd. No one else in my grade applied ED to Emory (I don't think that anyone applied RD either)

I have already been accepted to the University of South Carolina and the University of Alabama (huge safety). I did not apply anywhere else.

Thank you so much!!!!!
