* Father recently laid off, as a result, family income is currently zero.
* Father is accepting a job in Chicago, so I will move to Illinois (in-state benefits?).
* Essays weren't bad.</p>

<p>Woah, being Taiwanese American will actually help you quite a bit... Your GPA and class rigor puts you up at the top of applicants too which is really good... Hopefully you really emphasized your love for music and the fact that you've played for so long, cause colleges love comittment more than the people who go to one meeting a month for random clubs that they dont even care about... Ps; your're not a terrible test taker! Your ACT score is good, I think it's higher than your SAT score... if you type "ACT SAT Conversion" into google you can look at a conversion table :)</p>

<p>Oh but I dont think moving to Illinois will count as instate because they look at how long you lived there, plus youve already applied... but coming from Oklahoma is proably good because less apps come from therre...
