I’d say you have a fair chance given your wide range of ECs. Your SAT is around the average for the old SAT but I’m not sure what UW’s new SAT average is, and ACT is the same as well. GPA will definitely make up for your test scores though if they’re indeed below the average.

Make sure to work hard on your essays as UW really cares about that section of the application.

I have pretty close to the same stats as you (4.2 weighted GPA 27 ACT) + 400 hours volunteer work and varsity sports and I’m applying oos. I hope we get in! Sorry this is of no help I honestly have no idea, but I think we have a fair chance!
