Chance me for UC-Berkeley based on SAT and SAT 2 scores please.

Both sat 1 and 2 were worse than i ever imagined them to be. anyways here they are. do i stand much of a chance with these scores? Note: I am an american citizen (both my parents are foreign nationals) by birth currently living outside US.
SAT 1:
CR-600,
Math-780,
Writing- 590.
total: 1970
SAT 2:
Math level 2- 740,
Physics- 780,
Chemistry- 800
total: 2320.
I applied for College of Letters and Sciences- Undeclared.

GPA (particularly calculated for UC admissions purposes – 10th and 11th grade a-g courses, up to 8 semesters of AP or college courses counted as +1) tends to be more important at Berkeley than test scores.

Realistically, you probably need a GPA higher than 4.2 to have a decent chance (based on 2009 data from [University of California: StatFinder](http://statfinder.ucop.edu) ; selectivity has likely gone up since then).

I am unaware as to how Berkeley treats applicants with respect to their intended majors but it seems to me if you had applied as a Physics major, rather than undeclared, your 780 in Math would have really helped you while your 600 and 590 in CR and Writing would not be as damaging to your prospects.

If English is not your native language you should note that in your personal statement.

Berkeley differentiates by division (Letters and Science, Engineering, etc.) and by major within Engineering. Physics is under Letters and Science, the largest division. Note that all who enroll as freshmen in Letters and Science enter as undeclared.

It is really difficult to chance someone when looking at only one component of your application. Cal will look at your entire “body of work”, including family situation, when making a decision on you.
