bump

I don’t chance, but to maybe stir a conversation: All but Davis have sub-20% admit rates, so they really are lottery/crap shoot schools. Even Davis can be unpredictable (at least one CCer reported getting accepted at UCLA but denied at UCD). Both D and S preferred Davis to UCLA, UCB, and USC (although they ended up attending elsewhere). Although D3s, Pomona/Pitzer do consider athletics in admissions, so contact the coach if your times are competitive. Pomona also considers music talent, and the music faculty offers pre-application evaluations for high school juniors even if they don’t plan to be music majors. (USC has an audition process for Thornton, but I’m not sure OP is interested in that route).

Pomona collage - reach
UCB/UCLA/USC - low reach
UCD - match

What’s your UC GPA (10th-11th grades only, bonus weighted points for honors/AP/IB)?
