<p>Your chances look pretty good however I’m not sure it is money well spent for an OOS applicant. Moving around is not considered a hook, but it could be used to tell your story of overcoming some adversity. Please don’t take on lots of debt if you get accepted. If I were you, I’d worry more about that than getting accepted.</p>
