Chance me for UC Berkeley?

I have a 32 ACT score and my GPA is 3.75 but only because I didn't care about college choices and stuff during freshman and sophomore year so I made some B's. But I am determined to raise it to a 3.8 by the time the school year ends. I'm a member of Chess Club, National Beta Club, and Treasurer of Math Club. I've volunteered at my local public library for a whole school year, played rec-league basketball, and done Kenpo Karate through high school. Have taken Dual Calculus I this semester, AP English 11 and AP US History last school year. These were the only AP classes y school offered besides AP Chem and AP Bio.

Berkeley will be a reach because Berkeley can afford to be selective. It receives thousands of applications from all over the world. You would have to compete with those students and GPA matters.

I’ve looked on collegedata.com and it shows Berkeley’s average GPA to be 3.75.

And ACT average is around 31

Here is the Freshman Profile for 2014 (from UCB website). collegedata.com is not accurate.

Some stats are averaged in with those students from the local communities who are guaranteed admission because of a college contract with the local school district.
Other stats are from athletes.
You can’t assume that because the average might be one number, that you are safe and guaranteed admission. Your stats have to be higher than the average to even have a chance to have your paperwork even considered. This is Berkeley and if you are not a tip top applicant, it will be a reach.
