Okie dokie, so this is my first post, but I was thinking about the upcoming Spring acceptances/declines awaiting me, and wanted you guys to “chance me” for a potential acceptance to Berkeley. I am a 3rd year community-college student looking to transfer in the Fall of 2016.
Major: Molecular and Cell Biology; Biochemistry.
GPA: 3.94
Will have all my lower-division requirements completed by the end of Spring semester.
Will have completed my CC’s Honor’s-Program by the end of Spring semester
Extra curricular stuff:
-served on my CC’s “Honors Student Council” (organized research conferences and stuff),
-eagle scout,
-am a tutor in my school’s tutoring-center (math, physics, chemistry, biology, and writing),
-member of Phi Theta Kappa (to be honest, idk if this even means anything haha)
-lots of volunteer hours (rebuilding houses for victims of natural disasters, serving homeless, etc.)
Organized two (pretty cool) experimental research projects with my school.
