Location: California
School: My school (public) is in the top 50 of the nation, top 15 in the state. Located in an urban area.
GPA: 3.75 unweighted, 4.0 weighted (through the first semester of junior year)
SAT: I've taken it once, and got a 2060 on it. CR 640, M 680, W 740
Should I retake it? PSAT was 2070, not sure if that's enough to be a National Merit Scholar.
APs: AP Stats, AP Psych. Haven't taken the AP test yet. Planning to also take AP Calc AB and AP Micro/Macro Econ in senior year.

EC's aren't too spectacular. Volunteering with the UNICEF club at school, cellist in school orchestra, worked at a tutoring center, etc.
I'm also not sure about what I would major in.

UC Davis is no where near as hard to get into as say UC Berkeley or UCLA, you should be fine! =) Have you figured out your UC GPA yet? and your class rank? (isn’t it top 8% of cali high school graduates are automatically in?)

Should I retake the SAT? I went over the test with the question and answer service, and I made some stupid mistakes so I feel that my score could hit 2100.

^ I think the other posters are way too optimistic about your chances. Davis has risen considerably in the rankings, and it’ll soon be time for them to garner the increased selectivity needed to supplant this new promotion.
UCD: Match/ High Match
UCI: Match
UCSB: Match
UCSD: Low Reach
LA/B: Reach

How many people go to Cal from your school?

There are some high schools that send around 100 students a year to Cal. Lowell High has held the record as the biggest feeder school to Cal for several years (don’t know if it is now).

you will get in to UC Davis.
i disagree with prior poster who said your grades are good enough for all UCs. (in my opinion, UCSD is a reach, UCLA & UCB aren’t your match)
