Besides course load which is a little lacking, your application is extremely strong, you’ll get in, good job.

From what I’ve seen on other threads regarding Davis BioSci, your stats are very strong. Your test scores definitely make up for the GPA (which is pretty strong regardless). ECs are fantastic as well, good luck!

Assuming you’re wanting to go to premed huh?

@honcho thank you! Yup, I want to go into premed!

Explain your low GPA and low courseload and you’ll be fine. Your scores should be able to make up for it. EC’s are far better than your average Davis applicant as well, although you might want to note that CM Advanced Level (even with branch honors) really doesn’t mean anything and simply “submitting” a project to the Intel STS won’t do anything for your application.

I can’t really see UCD rejecting you unless they were trying to protect their yield, and I couldn’t see UCSD rejecting you either unless the competition for this year suddenly skyrocketed. Did you apply to UCLA or Cal?

Good luck.

Essays- Pretty decent, about my social work and guitar.

my system doesnt have GPA

Std X (ICSE) - 91%
Std XI (ISC) - bad grades, low sixties.
XII (ISC) - not out yet

Ive also applied to the other UCs
Could you tell me where I have the best chance.

@quickmia, please start your own thread. It is considered rude to hijack someone else’s thread.

@kobe24mamba, you should be okay. As long as you can pay the fees, you should be okay.

@“aunt bea” sorry
