*My ECs is really bad, nothing too special:
I worked for Radio voice of my country in 3 months, television station in 1 year, member of adviser group for study abroad, member of one environment organization, and a high school basketball captain when i was in my country( didn't play when i came here)
Teacher recommendations: i'm sure that both are excellent
Essay: I'm sure that's pretty good
My dream school is Carnegie Mellon, can you chance me for all of these school, thank you!!!

SATs are great, class ranking should help, GPA is a bit low, but other than that you have an outstanding resume (even your ECs are okay). I’d say you have a pretty good shot at all of them.

UCB- High Match
CMU- High Match/Reach (if engineering)
Brown- Reach for anyone
Williams- Low Reach for anyone
UIUC- Match/Low Match
Vassar- Match

Just curious of why you’re applying for Vassar? It doesn’t have engineering and it seems like that’s what you’re applying for.

Oh and:

Vassar is my safe school, my brother is studying there so… tks:d, I will chance back

Your SATs are amazing, and your courseload seems pretty rigorous. GPA and ECs are low, but essays and recommendations will help. UIUC, Vassar = match, Brown, UCB, CMU reach

I agree with what everyone has said regarding the colleges you’re applying to. However, your GPA and SAT scores are brilliant, I would kill to have your GPA right now.

Please chance me back: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1594388-will-transfer-better-school-help-me-get-into-my-top-schools-ea.html</a></p>

Really great SATs; as long as you have great recs and essays, you should have a fighting chance at any of those schools. Good luck!

With those grades and EC’s, you’re set for most of those schools. Just curious, what’s a 3.7 UW GPA out of 100? Anyway, Brown is the toughest of those to get into, but you have a decent shot.

Chance me! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1593643-chance-me-upenn-uva-chicago-michigan-usc.html</a></p>

evrything is a match besides williams and brown

Thanks for chancing me. I think that with those SATs you would be a top candidate. However, a lot of people are rejected with the same scores- colleges will be looking for something that makes you really stand out. Try to make your essays as good as they can be, and hype up your ECs. Good luck!

@smarterthanu hahaahhahaha. man i love trolls.

Test scores are great! but your ECs are weak. It’s all up in the air for you.
